We only accept orders placed directly via the website using a range of payment options:
Visa/Delta/Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Paypal.
We guarantee that your personal information will be kept private and secure; we don’t sell or rent information to any third parties.
VAT is charged upon all products at 20%.
Delivery
Delivery on all items over £10.00 is free. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of the order unless we have to order directly from the manufacturer, in which case we will inform you.
Price Promise
All prices must come from a registered bonafide British business and have their prices quoted on their website. Our price promise does not apply to one-day sales.
Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off Period for Purchases
At hairdressingsalonscissors.co.uk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That’s why under our 14-day returns guarantee if your scissors have a manufacturing fault, you can return them to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. This covers manufacturing faults only, not for scissors that have been dropped or damaged by you.
By law, customers in the United Kingdom also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period, please call Hairdressing Salon Scissors on 01425 610398 or email sales@hairdressingsalonscissors.co.uk with the reason for the return.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50 (GBP).
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
